تأثیر نوآوری مبتنی بر فین‌تک بر نوآوری سبز با در‌‌نظر‌گرفتن نقش تأمین مالی سبز و مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز در نهادهای مالی پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

چکیده
این مقاله تأثیر فناوری‌های مالی دیجیتال (فین‌تک) بر نوآوری سبز در نهادهای مالی پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران را بررسی می‌کند. مشکلات زیست‌محیطی ازجمله گرم‌شدن زمین و آلودگی، لزوم توجه به نوآوری سبز را افزایش داده است؛ نوآوری سبز به‌عنوان راهبردی کلیدی به‌منظور ترکیب توسعه اقتصادی و حفاظت از محیط زیست برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار مطرح می‌شود. در این میان، فناوری‌های دیجیتال مانند بلاکچین، داده‌های بزرگ، محاسبات ابری و هوش مصنوعی به‌طور فزاینده‌ای در خدمات مالی ادغام شده و تأثیرات مثبتی بر کاهش هزینه‌های مبادله، افزایش کارایی و رشد بخش خدمات مالی دارند. این پژوهش به بررسی این موضوع می‌پردازد که فین‌تک چگونه می‌تواند فرصت‌هایی جدید برای نوآوری سبز شرکتی ایجاد کند. به‌منظور تحلیل این تأثیر، پژوهش حاضر با در‌‌نظر‌گرفتن نقش تأمین مالی سبز و مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز، تأثیر نوآوری مبتنی بر فین‌تک بر نوآوری سبز را ارزیابی می‌کند. داده‌های مورد نیاز از 270 نفر از کارکنان نهادهای مالی شامل بانک‌ها، بیمه‌ها و صندوق‌های سرمایه‌گذاری جمع‌آوری شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از رویکرد معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند که نوآوری فین‌تک تأثیر مثبت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم (از طریق تأمین مالی سبز) بر نوآوری سبز دارد. علاوه‌بر‌این، مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز نیز به‌عنوان عاملی تعدیل‌گر، تأثیر فین‌تک بر نوآوری سبز را تقویت می‌کند. این یافته‌ها اهمیت فین‌تک در تسریع نوآوری‌های زیست‌محیطی در نهادهای مالی را برجسته می‌کند.
