Abstract
The Supreme Leader, emphasizing the need to implement a resistance economy and design economic models based on Islamic teachings, has highlighted the key role of Islamic financial institutions in realizing these policies. In the meantime, Islamic insurance, as one of the fundamental pillars of a resistance economy, can take an effective step towards realizing social justice and sustainable development by combining Islamic and economic principles. This insurance system, which is based on Islamic rules such as cooperation, justice, and social responsibility, is fundamentally different from conventional insurance and can be considered as an efficient model in facing economic challenges. This requires designing insurance products based on Islamic contracts such as mudarabah, wakalat, and waqf, in which the elements of usury and gharar are completely eliminated and complete transparency is observed in contracts. The realization of this model requires serious determination from all relevant institutions, including legislators, religious authorities, economic activists, and researchers. Systematic coordination between these institutions can pave the way for the successful implementation of Islamic insurance within the framework of a resistance economy. In this regard, conducting applied research to identify and address operational challenges and provide more implementation solutions is of particular importance. With these conditions in place, Islamic insurance can play a role as a leading model in achieving the goals of a resistance economy and ensuring social justice. This research was conducted using a qualitative method of exploratory content analysis and library-based information collection.
