Content analysis of successful global experiences and policies in order to identify and support top entrepreneurs

Abstract
The development of entrepreneurship in any society will be accompanied by the improvement of the quality of the economic and social status of that society. Entrepreneurs are the engine of movement and economic growth of a society, who move and develop the society in a competitive environment and imbalance conditions. The purpose of this article is to identify the key factors affecting the selection of the best entrepreneur based on comparative studies and the investigation of national and international events related to this issue. Research methodology is content analysis. By analyzing the content of 23 national and international events to select the best entrepreneurs from more than 20 countries, some of these events have been welcomed by more than 60 countries; The 7-step process includes determining the conditions for entering the event, designing the way to count the data of entrepreneurs, identifying criteria for entrepreneurs, designing the evaluation model for top entrepreneurs, determining the composition of the jury, evaluating the applicant entrepreneurs based on the designed model, and the way to support the entrepreneurs. The best was compiled. In the following, the key components of each of these stages were also calculated. The results show that there are 89 components in the whole process. Based on these results, decision-making institutions in the field of entrepreneurship can follow the process of growth and excellence of entrepreneurs, as well as the evaluation and selection of the best entrepreneur.
