Designing Indicators of Business Environment with The Approach of Resistance Economy Theory

Abstract
In the new era, the business environment is one of the most important effective components in the economy. Today, production, employment, entrepreneurship, growth and progress depend on improving the business environment in a country. On the other hand, the resistance economy theory also pursues goals that facilitate production, employment, entrepreneurship, export growth, strengthening small and medium-sized industries and enterprises, and the overall growth of the country, are among its main priorities. With the aim of finding the components of improving the business environment with a resistance economy approach, the current research tries to achieve components in the field of improving the business environment with a resistance economy approach through the comparison of global and domestic components in the field of business environment and the components of the resistance economy. Therefore, first, by using the method of similarity measurement, the degree of conceptual similarity of the indicators of each group is obtained two by two, and it is quantified in the similarity matrix. Then, the degree of conceptual similarity is drawn through VOS Viewer software, and the degree of similarity of indicators of the component group is discussed and analyzed. At the end, components such as the process of starting work to product production, the possibility of obtaining work permits, the level of access to energy, land and building costs, the ratio of tax costs in the production system, the amount of micro-foundation and public investment, credit prioritization, the degree of extraversion of the justice-oriented index in contracts, The index of resilience and protection of production and work, the quality index of production infrastructure, the index of cooperative system, the fair pricing system and the index of knowledge-based production were obtained.
