Participatory Governance: Institutions, and Economic Tools

Abstract
Governments seek people's participation in various fields of governance, especially the economy. This approach reduces many political, social, and economic challenges and problems in society and increases economic growth. But sometimes the lack of knowledge of effective institutions and tools in this approach makes it not optimally used. In this article, the institutions and tools of participatory governance in the economic field are examined. The research method is content analysis and data is collected and checked with the help of library and internet sources, and then, by analyzing the collected data, the institutions and tools of participatory governance are extracted. In the following, with the help of 32 experts and academic and organizational experts, the desired components are identified with 18 indicators and in three main categories of institutions, institutions, and tools. The findings show that the methods of voting, survey and polling, consultation, collective decision-making, joint literature production, networking, and team building, information sharing, and collective work are among the most important methods that can provide the basis for participation and promote the culture of participation. Also, cooperatives, knowledge-based companies, stock exchanges, Qarz Al-Hasna, and banks are economic institutions that can create the capacity to use people's contributions. Tools such as investment, tax, khums and zakat, endowment, charity, and endowment are also among the most important economic tools of participatory governance in the country, which provide the means of voluntary participation of the people.
