Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the results of these policies in the field of practice is one of the requirements to achieve a resilient economy. Monitoring the results requires indexing and measuring the degree of realization of resistance economy policies in each of the economic sectors so that by knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and economic threats, appropriate planning can be followed to achieve the intended goals. Access to rich resources of gas and oil condensate, high added value, location of feed gas resources on the coast of the Persian Gulf and suitable geographical location in terms of proximity to Asian markets including China and India as well as Europe are among the advantages that make the petrochemical industry as one of the sectors economically important. The prominent role of the petrochemical industry in Iran's economy and the capacity of these companies in the resistance economy increases attention to the realization of policy clauses in this industry. Therefore, in this research, it has been tried to design metrics that are relevant to clauses that refer to the role of petrochemical companies, in order to provide the possibility of evaluating the degree of realization of related policy clauses in petrochemical companies. For this purpose, metrics related to the review of library resources and interviews with experts are extracted and validated and classified along with other suggested metrics by partial least squares (PLS) method. This research provides 120 criteria to evaluate the realization of resistance economy policies in petrochemical companies. سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی به‌عنوان بالاترین سند اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای ایجاد و تقویت یک اقتصاد مقاوم در برابر تحریم و شوک‌های درونی، در سال 1392 از سوی مقام معظم رهبری ابلاغ گردیده است. رصد و پایش مداوم و ارزیابی نتایج این سیاست‌ها در عرصه عمل، از الزامات دستیابی به یک اقتصاد مقاوم است. رصد و پایش نتایج نیازمند شاخص‌سازی و اندازه‌گیری میزان تحقق سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی در هریک از بخش‌های اقتصادی است تا بتوان با شناخت نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای اقتصادی، برنامه‌ریزی مناسبی برای دستیابی به اهداف مدنظر را دنبال نمود. دسترسی به منابع غنی گاز و میعانات نفتی، ارزش افزوده بالا، قرارگرفتن منابع گازی خوراک در کرانه خلیج‌فارس و موقعیت جغرافیایی مناسب به‌‌لحاظ نزدیکی به بازارهای آسیا ازجمله چین و هند و همچنین اروپا ازجمله مزیت‌هایی است که صنعت پتروشیمی را به‌عنوان یکی از بخش‌های مهم اقتصادی مشخص می‌نماید. نقش پررنگ صنعت پتروشیمی در اقتصاد ایران و ظرفیت این شرکت‌ها در اقتصاد مقاومتی، توجه به تحقق بندهای سیاستی را در این صنعت، افزون می‌کند؛ بنابراین در این پژوهش سعی شده است سنجه‌های متناسب با بندهایی به نقش شرکت‌های پتروشیمی اشاره دارد، طراحی شود تا امکان ارزیابی میزان تحقق بندهای سیاستی مرتبط در شرکت‌های پتروشیمی فراهم گردد. بدین‌منظور، سنجه‌های مرتبط با بررسی منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان استخراج شده و به همراه سایر سنجه‌های پیشنهادی با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) اعتبارسنجی و طبقه‌بندی می‌شود. این پژوهش، 120 سنجه برای ارزیابی تحقق سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی در شرکت‌های پتروشیمی ارائه می‌دهد.
