Corruption has different kinds, such as bribery, embezzlement, fraud, and extortion. Contradicting corruption requires recognizing its causes. The causes of corruption can vary depending on each country's social, cultural, institutional, and historical conditions. Identification of the factors that affect corruption is very important. The purpose of this paper is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting corruption. We use an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) approach. The results show that economic, managerial, and administrative, cultural, and social, political, legal, and psychological dimensions affect corruption. Based on the order of priority, results are political, cultural, and social, economic, legal, managerial, and administrative, and psychological dimensions. The most important achievement of this article is to identify the need for a comprehensive policy to combat corruption in terms of all aspects affecting corruption, with special attention to political, cultural, and social, economic, legal, managerial, and administrative, and psychological dimensions. فساد اقتصادی از مشکلات بسیار جدی اقتصادها در حال حاضر است. شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد فساد در راستای مقابله با آن اهمیت زیادی دارد. از این رو هدف این مقاله شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد فساد و اولویت-بندی این عوامل است. روش مورد استفاده در این مطالعه روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با بهره‌گیری از نظرات خبرگان است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد عوامل موثر بر ایجاد فساد در شش بعد اقتصادی، مدیریتی و اداری، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، سیاسی، قانونی و روانشناختی قابل تقسیم است که هریک از این ابعاد شامل زیر ابعادی می‌شود. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده از بیشترین اهمیت عوامل موثر بر ایجاد فساد در ایران به ترتیب شامل ابعاد سیاسی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، اقتصادی، قانونی، مدیریتی و اداری و روانشناختی است. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده مهمترین دستاورد این مقاله تشخیص ضرورت نیاز به سیاست کلان و جامع مقابله با فساد در کشور با لحاظ همه ابعاد موثر بر شکل‌گیری آن، با توجه ویژه به ابعاد سیاسی و فرهنگی و اجتماعی است. https://econrahbord.csr.ir/article_155464_b35d4696ab00d0b4196afe519f19260c.pdf
