This study is considered not only as part of the hypothetical content of Islamic-Iranian model of progress i.e. the necessity of the country’s cultural development and its mechanism, but also it presents a theoretical introduction and conceptual framework for thought, understanding and development of this pattern. In this paper, researchers investigate the link between progress and culture within the framework of Islamic-Iranian model of progress. To this end, the present paper studies the bilateral dynamic interaction between progress and culture as well as the importance of culture within the framework of Islamic-Iranian model of progress. This study believes that ignoring the complex interdependence between culture and progress in the codification of the Islamic-Iranian model of progress results in a non-inclusiveness, bias, lack of objectivity and ineffectiveness of the model. Ultimately, the present paper proposes a culture-based pattern of development as a conceptual framework for Islamic-Iranian model of progress یکی از ضروریات بحث در چارچوب الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، بررسی نقش و جایگاه فرهنگ در این الگوست. این بررسی نه‌تنها به‌مثابۀ بخشی از محتوای مفروض الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت یعنی لزوم توسعه فرهنگی کشور و راهکارهای آن، بلکه پیش و بیش از آن به‌مثابۀ مقدمه‌ای نظری و چارچوب ادراکی برای تصور، تفهم و تدوین این الگو به شمار می‌آید. در مقالۀ حاضر نویسندگان به این ضرورت پژوهشی از منظر بررسی پیوند پیشرفت و فرهنگ در چارچوب الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت پاسخ داده‌اند. برای انجام دادن این مهم،در این مقاله در ابتدا به تشریح تعامل دو‌جانبه پویای پیشرفت و فرهنگ پرداخته شده است و پس از آن اهمیت و جایگاه فرهنگ در قالب الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت بررسی می‌شود. به باور نویسندگان نادیده گرفتن وابستگی متقابل پیچیده بین فرهنگ و پیشرفت در تدوین الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت موجب عدم جامعیت، یکسونگری، عدم واقع‌بینی و ناکارآمدی این الگو خواهد شد. در بخش پایانی مقاله نیز الگوی پیشرفت فرهنگ‌بنیاد به‌مثابۀ چارچوب مفهومی پیشنهادی نگارندگان برای الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت ارائه می‌شود https://econrahbord.csr.ir/article_103294_f313f7cad99e2938b661b5bbaeaad572.pdf
